Do you have a little extra time and want to get involved in the community?  The Arc is always in need of enthusiastic volunteers to assist with a number of things at the thrift store.

Volunteer shifts are flexible and available six days a week in the store and with our Special Olympics athletes.

While volunteering in the store, typical tasks might include:

• cashiering​
• sorting donations
• tagging merchandise
• hanging clothing
• stocking shelves and racks
• straightening the sales floor

It’s a great way to earn service hours, meet new people, stay active, and be part of a team!

Volunteers are also welcome and needed for our activities including Special Olympics.  
This includes sports such as:

• softball
• tennis
• track
• basketball
• cheerleading
• volleyball
• bowling
